In 2022, we had the opportunity to tour SoFi Stadium in Ingelwood, home of the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams.
This 70,000 seat arena is on the former site of Hollywood Park Racetrack and right under the flight path for LAX.
The complex includes not only the football stadium, but the 6,000 seat YouTube Theater, a new NFL broadcasting facility, and soon, a complex of on-site apartment suites.
The architecture is something special... and should be at an estimated cost of $5-6 billion.
